WATERBURY, Conn. - Senior midfielder Garret Ciccia (Rockaway, N.J.) and junior midfielder Jayden Paladino (Hawthorne, N.J.) scored twice each as Caldwell men's lacrosse fell, 21-6, at Post (7-4, 3-1) at LaMoy Field.

The Cougars got off to a fast start, netting the game's first two goals. Paladino and Ciccia each tallied markers in the first four minutes before the hosts reeled off four straight. After senior attacker Michael Brown (Glenolden, Pa.) pulled Caldwell to within 4-3, the Eagles closed the half with seven straight goals for an 11-3 lead at the intermission.

Reigning CACC Goaltender of the Week, senior Tim Livingston (Holtsville, N.Y.), made 17 stops for Caldwell (2-7, 1-3). Senior MF Matthew Bronico (Phillipsburg, N.J.) also scored for the Cougars.

CU is back on the field on Saturday at 12:30 p.m., hosting Georgian Court at Essex Valley Field.
