NEW HAVEN, Conn.- The Caldwell University women's lacrosse team netted three goals in a 20-3 loss to Southern Connecticut State University in a non-conference game.
The Cougars fall to 0-2 overall, while the Owls improve to 3-1.

Kelsey Maxwell (Center Moriches, N.Y.) netted the first goal of the game for the Cougars off an assist from senior
Emily Lasko (Jackson, N.J.).
The Cougars tacked on two late goals sophomore
Madison Ellis (Wayne, N.J.) scored off an assist from freshman
Megan Molinelli (East Windsor, N.J). Senior
Olivia Christiano (Seaford, N.Y.) scored the final goal of the game off an assist from senior
Phoebe Ohnemuller (Mays Landing, N.J.).

Meghan Korzevinski (New Hyde Park, N.Y.) led the way with five draw controls, while Molinelli recorded four draw controls an Msxwell finished with three.

Sarahkate Schneider (Somerset, N.J.) recorded 11 saves in 60 minutes in net.
The Cougars host St. Thomas Aquinas College in their home opener on Friday, March 10 at 4 pm at Essex Valley Field in West Caldwell.
