CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University men's soccer team netted a late goal to surge past Georgian Court University 3-2 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference contest.
The Cougars post their first win of the season to improve to 1-5-1 and 1-1-1 in the CACC, while the Lions fall to 2-5-0 and 1-2-0 in conference play.
The Lions jumped put to an early lead with a goal in the 20
th minute of play. Caldwell rallied back with a pair of goals to take a lead into halftime.

Maicol Diaz (Rio Negro, Uruguay) put the Cougars in the lead with a goal off a free kick.
Georgian Court pulled even in the 62
nd minute with a goal to tie the game at 2-2. Caldwell scored the game-winning goal in the 82
nd minute of play and held on down the stretch to earn their first win of the season.
