CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University women's soccer team saw their Spring 2021 season come to a close as the Cougars fell to Dominican College 3-0 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship Quarterfinals.
The Cougars end their season at 2-3-1 overall, while the Chargers improve to 4-3-1 and advance to the CACC Semifinals against top seed Holy Family University.
The teams plated to a scoreless first half as the teams were even on shots 7-7.
Dominican broke through in the 57th minute as they scored the first goal of the game. The Chargers added goals in the 64th and 77th minute of the game.
The Chargers held the edge in shots 16-9 for the game, while Caldwell recorded two corner kicks to the Chargers one.

Jamie-Lee Bamford (Braintree, United Kingdom) recorded five saves in 78:30 minutes, while freshman
Katherine Calle (Hamilton Township, N.J.) played the final 11:30 in net for the Cougars.
