The Cougars pushed across three runs in the third as sophomore Courtney Grundhauser (Easton, Pa.) led off with a triple. Junior Chloe VanGorder (Harveys Lake, Pa.) drove in Grundhauser with a sacrifice fly as she reached base on an error. Senior Anyssia Ramirez (Brentwood, Calif.) doubled in a run, while freshman Chloe Pocceschi (Annandale, N.J.) singled in a run later in the inning for a 5-0 lead.
