MIAMI SHORES, Fla.- The Caldwell University men's basketball team concluded their Florida trip with a 113-74 loss to nationally ranked #12/#21 Barry University on Sunday evening.
The Cougars fall to 4-5 overall, while the Buccaneers improve to 8-1.

Tyler Washington (Englewood, N.J.) and senior
Anthony Cooper (Ashburn, Va.) connected on three-pointers to close the gap to 20-14 at the 13:59 mark. The Buccaneers answered with a run to take a double-digit lead midway through the half.
Cooper led the Cougars with 19 points and five rebounds, while freshman
Derrick Bueno (Palisades Park, N.J.) tallied 12 points, four boards and two steals. Washington added 11 points and five rebounds, while sophomore
Jarnel Rancy (Middle Island, N.Y.) recorded three blocks. .
The Cougars connected on a season-high 22 free throws in the game as they converted 22-of-24 from the line.
The Cougars travel to Southern Connecticut State University for a non-conference game on Thursday, December 16 at 7 pm.
