NEW CASTLE, Del.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team wrapped up play at the Bud Whitman Memorial hosted by Chestnut Hill College with three wins to finish in second place to close out the tournament.
The Cougars started the day with a pair of wins as they defeated Wilmington University 847-831 and Chestnut Hill 960-787. Caldwell fell to Mount St. Mary's University 1040-924 and Felician University 978-956. The Cougars closed out the day with a 989-900 win over Kutztown University.

Rhianna Smith (Mt Olive, N.J.) led the Cougars with a 205.4 traditional average over five matches with a high game of 258. Senior
Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) posted a five-round traditional average of 201.6 with a high round of 229. Smith finished in sixth place, while Rapach ranked seventh in traditional play.

Victoria Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) finished with a 195.67 traditional average in three rounds with a high game of 225. Sophomore
Lauren Marks (Parsippany, N.J.) posted a four-round average of 174.25 with a high game of 183.
The Cougars return to action as they compete in the Bowl for the Cure hosted by Sacred Heart University October 23-24.
