ALBANY, N.Y.- The Caldwell University men's soccer team fell to The College of Saint Rose 2-1 in a non-conference contest to close out their weekend trip.
The Cougars fall to 0-3-0, while the Golden Knights to 4-0-0.
Caldwell struck first as freshman
Andre Vieira (Union, N.J.) netted his first collegiate goal in the 23rd minute. The Cougar defense held the Golden Knights scoreless in the half as Caldwell held a 1-0 halftime lead.
The Golden Knights battled back in the 61st minute to even the score at 1-1. Saint Rose tallied the go-ahead goal eight minutes later and held on for the win.

Nils Svere (Lier, Norway) recorded two saves in the game.
The Cougars travel to Long Island on Wednesday, September 18 where they will face New York Tech in a non-conference match at 4 pm.
