TOWSON, Md.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team finished in fifth place as they concluded play on Sunday afternoon at the James Brown Invitational hosted by Morgan St. University.
 
Caldwell, seeded fifth entering Sunday's bracket play, fell to St. Francis College Brooklyn 4-3. The Cougars defeated Howard University 4-3 and beat St. Francis Brooklyn 4-3 to close out the tournament. Caldwell evens their season record at 33-33.
 
Caldwell returns to action February 23-24 as they will compete in the Molloy College Invitational in East Meadow, New York.
