MILLSBORO, Del.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team defeated last season's national runner-up Vanderbilt University on day two of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Hawk Classic.
The Cougars defeated the Commodores 1,074-940 before falling to Sacred Heart University 1,060-846. Caldwell lost to the host Maryland Eastern Shore 1,081-974 and fell to St. Francis College Brooklyn 865-809. The Cougars closed out the second day with a 983-838 loss to Lincoln Memorial University.

Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) posted a five-round traditional average of 199.60 with a high game of 235. Junior
Deanne Murray (McMurray, Pa.) finished with a 194.0 average in five round and a high game of 216.
Sophomore
Victoria Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) posted a five-round average of 179.0 with a high game of 216. Freshman
Jessica Fetik (Staten Island, N.Y.) recorded a five-round average of 168.8 with a high game of 227.
The Cougars close out play at the Eastern Shore Hawk Classic on Sunday, November 24.
