ORANGEBURG, N.Y.- Caldwell University women's basketball sophomore
Paula Dits (Alicante, Spain) posted a double-double as the Cougars fell to Dominican College 70-42 in their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference opener.
The Cougars fall to 0-4 overall and 0-1 in the CACC, while the Chargers improve to 3-3 and 1-0 in conference play.

Tina Lebron (Manalapan, N.J.) each drained triples in the opening quarter. Sophomore
Tamrin Henderson (Woodbridge, Va.) added four points as the Cougars trailed 14-10 late in the first quarter.
Dominican answered as they extended their lead to 22-10 early in the second quarter. The Chargers held a 38-18 lead at halftime and maintained their lead into the second half.
Dits posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Lebron finished with six points, while Henderson totaled five points and six boards.
The Cougars travel to regionally ranked St. Thomas Aquinas College on Saturday, November 23 for a 1 pm tip-off.
