Overview
The Caldwell University women's volleyball team fell on Saturday to Nyack College 3-2 in their most recent match. The Cougars enter the week at 5-10 overall and 3-1 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. Caldwell travels to West Haven, CT for a non-conference matchup against New Haven University on Thursday and wrap up the week with a road conference match at Jefferson on Saturday.
 
Scouting the Cougars

• Sophomore Elise Smith (O'Fallon, Ill.) leads the team and CACC with 165 kills.
• Senior Katie Compagno (Orland Park, Ill.) leads the team with 36 total blocks.
• Sophomore Humiko Stormer (Luckey, Ohio) leads the team with 191 digs and averages 4.06 digs per set.
• Sophomore Samantha Ashton (Colonia, N.J.) leads the team with 395 assists.
• Freshman Cassandra Rother (Fresno, Calif.) leads the team in aces with 18.

CACC Weekly Honors
Smith was named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player of the Week after averaging 5.2 kills per set. She hit .236 with 52 kills and 30 digs.
 
Scouting the Chargers

• In their recent matchup, New Haven defeated Saint Rose 3-1. Their overall record is 6-5 and 2-0 in conference.
• Sophomore Ruby Fera leads the team with 110 kills and averages 2.68 kills per set.
• Junior Camille Garden leads the team with 33 total blocks.

Scouting the Rams

• In their recent matchup, Jefferson defeated Wilmington University 3-0 on Wednesday night.
• Junior Lauren Kloos leads the team with 158 kills and is third on the team with 122 digs.
• Senior Alexis Leddy leads the Rams with 303 digs.
• Junior Logan Dontell has recorded a team-high 54 blocks and is third on the team with 85 kills.
