RINDGE, N.H.- The eight-seeded Caldwell University women's soccer team fell to regional top seed and nationally ranked #7 Franklin Pierce University 4-0 in the NCAA Division II Championship East Region Quarterfinals.
The Cougars end their 2018 season at 12-7-1, while the Ravens improve to 16-1-2 and advance to Sunday's East Region semifinals.
The Ravens controlled the pace of play as they outshot the Cougars 21-3 for the game. Franklin Pierce netted two goals in each half to advance in the tournament.

Jamie-Lee Bamford (Braintree, United Kingdom) finished with nine saves in the game.
The loss marks the final game for four of the program's seniors.
Carlyn Salus (Pompton Lakes, N.J.) totaled 50 points in her four seasons with 22 goals and four game-winning goals. She tallied a pair of big goals in this postseason as she tallied the game-winning goals against Jefferson in the CACC quarterfinals and against Holy Family University in the championship match.
Samantha Pereira (Union, N.J.) posted seven points with five assists in her Caldwell career.
Amanda Wroblewski (North Babylon, N.Y.) finished her career with 21 points on eight goals and five assists with two game-winning goals.
Haley Kopf (Jackson, N.J.) played defense for the Cougars and totaled five points with two goals and one game-winning goal in her career.
