BEAVER FALLS, Pa.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team posted a 1-2 record on day one of the Northeast Conference Meet #1.
Caldwell kicked off the first conference meet of the season with a loss to Fairleigh Dickinson University. The Cougars defeated St. Francis College Brooklyn for their first NEC victory of the season. Caldwell wrapped up the first day with a loss to Sacred Heart University.
Junior
Amanda Scharf (North Brunswick, N.J.) led the way with an 18.39 baker average. Junior
Jamie Lee Kulaga (West Hazelton, Pa.) posted an 18.09 baker mark, while junior
Madison Miller (West Deptford, N.J.) turned in a 16.81 average.
Senior
Natalie Pedri (Staten Island, N.Y.) finished the first day with a 16.00 baker average, while senior
Daniele Roca (Garden City Park, N.Y.) rounded out the top performers with an average of 15.84.
The Cougars wrap up play at the NEC Meet #1 on Sunday, December 3.
