Box Score SPARKILL, N.Y.- The Caldwell University women's basketball team fell to #22 Saint Thomas Aquinas 86-54 in a non-conference game.
 
Caldwell is ranked #5 in this week's D2SIDA Media East Region Poll, while the Spartans are ranked at #3 in the region and #22 nationally.
 
The Cougars fall to 5-2, while the Spartans improve to 6-0.
 
Saint Thomas Aquinas took the control early in the game as they led after the opening quarter 22-11. The Spartans pushed their lead to 43-22 at halftime.
 
Senior Karlie O'Driscoll (Sharon, Mass.) led the way with 12 points, while senior Maura Kelty (Barrington, R.I.) chipped in 10 points and four rebounds.
 
The Cougars open conference play as they welcome Felician University on Saturday, December 2 at 1 pm at the Newman Center.
