CALDWELL, N.J.- Caldwell University volleyball junior
Taryn Auyong (Honolulu, Hawaii) posted 15 kills to lead the Cougars to a 3-0 win against Nyack College in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference action.

The Cougars improve to 17-10 overall and 10-5 in the CACC, while the Warriors drop to 8-17 and 5-9 in conference play.

Auyong tallied 15 kills, 11 digs and three aces, while junior
Katrina Janssen (Seville, Australia) totaled 12 kills, four blocks, five digs and two aces. Freshman
Kathleen Compagno (Orland Park, Ill.) chipped in four kills and two aces, while sophomore
Melanie Krpec (Katy, Texas) posted four kills and seven digs.

Gabrielle Bennett (San Antonio, Texas) led the Cougars with 20 assists along with four digs, while sophomore
Jordan Hoffman (Colorado Springs, Colo.) finished with 11 assists. Junior
Jessica Mitchell (Plainfield, Ill.) finished with nine digs, while freshman
Avery Stanechewski (Tampa, Fla.) added two kills, three blocks (one solo) and two digs.

The Cougars have a quick turnaround back on the court as they travel to Wilmington University on Saturday, October 29 at 7 pm.
