FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Caldwell University women's lacrosse team concluded the 2015 season with a 12-7 loss to Queens College Thursday afternoon at the Queens Lacrosse Field. The Cougars finish their second season as an intercollegiate program with a 3-10 record, while the Knights improve to 2-8.
Queens controlled the first half, outscoring Caldwell 9-2 over the first 30 minutes. Freshman attack

Emily Fey (Center Moriches, NY/Center Moriches) tallied the first-half goals for the Cougars. In the second half, freshman midfielder
Mariah Wynn (Clearwater, FL/Palm Harbor) countered two Queens goals with two tallies of her own to make the score 11-4. The Knights scored again with 13 minutes left, then sophomore midfielder
Courtney Donlon (East Brunswick, NJ/East Brunswick), Wynn and freshman attack
Pamela Schenck (East Moriches, NY/Center Moriches) scored consecutive goals to close out the game.

Melissa Garris (Matawan, NJ/Old Bridge) recorded seven saves for Caldwell, while Kristen Ancona had nine saves for Queens.
The Cougars return all 16 players from this year's roster in 2016.
