Box Score CALDWELL, N.J. – The Caldwell University volleyball team won the final two sets to defeat Concordia College, 25-20, 24-26, 25-22, 25-13 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match Tuesday evening in the George R. Newman Center. The victory gives the Cougars a 4-5 record on the season, including a 2-0 mark in conference play. The Clippers fall to 1-3, 0-2 CACC.
In the first set, Caldwell received five kills from freshman outside hitter
Taryn Auyong (Honolulu, HI/Kamehameha) and three kills apiece from freshman middle blocker
Narae Wadsworth (Reno, NV/Wooster) and senior right side
Erica Harrell (Richardson, TX/Plano East) in a 25-20 win. Concordia tallied 16 kills in the second set compared to eight for the Cougars, who held off set point once before the Clippers scored the final two points for a 26-24 victory.
The third set was close until Caldwell scored six of seven points for a 20-15 lead. The Cougars had set point at 24-19, but Concordia notched the next three points. Sophomore outside hitter
Rachael DiLeonardo (Cincinnati, OH/Mt. Notre Dame) wrapped up the set with a kill, her team-leading fourth of the set. The Cougar defense held the Clippers to a -.064 hitting percentage in the fourth set to cruise to a 25-13 win and take the match. Wadsworth and senior

Kelsey Blankerts (Sylvania, OH/Southview) recording four blocks and Wadsworth adding three blocks to go with eight kills. Del Cid now has 1,605 digs in her career, leaving her nine digs behind the school record set by
Maddy Amon from 2009-12.
Sydney Darden led Concordia with 14 kills, while Celine Arda tallied 29 digs.
