Kaitlyn Dermen joined Caldwell University as an assistant coach to the men's and women's cross country adn track and field programs in August 2019.
Dermen was a standout track and field performer at Stockton University for four years. She was named the New Jersey Athletics Conference Rookie of the Year in 2015. She was a three-time USTFCCA All-Region selection and was a four-time NJAC Champion in the pole vault. Dermen finished in fourth place in the NCAA Division III Championships in the pole vault. She was a team captain in her senior year.
Dermen graduated from Stockton in 2018 with a degree in mathematics.
