CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University softball continues to ranks among the leaders in the nation and the East Region as a pair of national polls were released on Wednesday afternoon.
 
The Cougars moved up two spots to #19 in the NFCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll following a 4-0 week. Indianapolis, West Texas A&M, Humboldt State and Saint Leo continued their tight grips on the top four spots in the national poll.
 
The first NCAA Division II Regional poll were also released on Wednesday and the Cougars landed in the #2 spot in the East Region. The University of New Haven was #1 in the first poll, followed by Adelphi University at #3, LIU Post at #4 and Southern New Hampshire in fifth place.
 
Caldwell returns to the diamond on Thursday, April 14 as they host Saint Thomas Aquinas College in a non-conference doubleheader at 2:30 pm.
